Gloss Collective – Terms of Service

Welcome to Gloss Collective, a DBA of LiFi Media Production, LLC, your partner for professional social media content creation, branding, and short-form video production.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Gloss Collective provides creative and marketing services including, but not limited to:

Social media content creation

Short-form video production

Branding consultation and strategy

Content planning and monthly content packages

Photography and videography for digital marketing

Specific deliverables, timelines, and package details are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your project, session date, or monthly content slot.

Remaining payments are due as outlined in your agreement.

Late payments may result in service delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

Monthly packages renew automatically unless canceled according to your service agreement.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Retainers are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made within the timeline specified in your individual agreement.

For ongoing monthly services, cancellation terms will follow the policies stated in your subscription or contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including photos, videos, graphics, written material, and digital assets created by Gloss Collective, is the intellectual property of LiFi Media Production, LLC unless otherwise specified.

Clients receive a usage license appropriate to the service purchased. Content may not be:

Sold

Modified

Distributed

Repurposed outside of the agreed scope

without written authorization.

5. Conduct During Content Sessions

Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment during filming, photography, or on-site content capture. Gloss Collective reserves the right to pause or end services if conditions become unsafe, hostile, or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gloss Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted services.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

Client’s failure to provide required information or access

Platform outages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Third-party app changes or restrictions

Loss of digital assets caused by third-party platforms

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Severe weather

Illness or injury

Equipment failure

Internet outages

Government restrictions

Platform disruptions
